STpro01 Feb 2005STpro is a program for estimating the proportion of infected seeds in a large seedlot using the results of tests on a number of samples from the same seedlot, when the results of the tests are either positive or negative. The program calculates the maximum likelihood estimate of the proportion of infected seeds and calculates associated likelihood-based confidence intervals. Note: this programme was written way back in 1995 for use at the command prompt and does not have a GUI.Click to download
